Amrita Vidyalayams recently conducted a workshop for teachers of our Kindergarten section. The workshop was held on the 20th and 29th of December, 2014, at the Amrita Vidyalayam in Edappally, Kochi. Around 65 teachers from the north zone schools and a few central zone schools attended the session on the 20th, and around 70 teachers from the south zone schools and the remaining central zone schools attended the session on the 29th.

The resource person for the workshop was Mrs. Leela Menon, a well experienced retired nursery teacher who had served as Teacher-in-Charge at many reputed schools for several years.

The workshop was intended to expose our KG teachers to improved methods of teaching, and to introduce innovative ideas in the teaching learning continuum.
