The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Centre of Excellence (CoE) Thiruvananthapuram Region conducted a two-day Capacity Building Programme on Experiential Learning for all India Amrita Vidyalayam Principals on October 12 and 13, 2019 at the Amrita School of Engineering, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri. The programme was attended by 54 Principals from various Amrita Vidyalayam schools across the country.

Dr. Balakrishna Shankar, Associate Dean of the Amrita School of Engineering was the chief guest for the opening ceremony on October 12^th. The CBSE Resource Persons were Dr. George Kolanchery, Principal of Crescent Public School, Chalakkudy and Mrs. Suchitra Shyjinth, Principal of Pragati Academy, Perumbavur.

The programme concluded on October 13^th under the benign guidance of Sampoojya Swami Poornamritananda Puri, General Secretary of Mata Amritanandamayi Math, who distributed Participation Certificates to all the participants.
