Eighteen students from classes V and VI of Amrita Vidyalayam Manjeri were selected to represent Malappuram District in the Mini State Fencing Championship. They won the overall third position in the Championship that was held at Lords Public School, Karunagapally on July 21, 2019.

Aadith P. and Parthiv C. of Class VI, and Amardev of Class V got selected to the National Team.
