Varun Krishna of Amrita Vidyalayam Edappally and Gowripriya S. of Amrita Vidyalayam Pandalam secured 98.8% (494) in Class X CBSE Board Examination 2018 to become the topper among all Amrita Vidyalayam schools across the country. Devapriya of Amrita Vidyalayam Ayyanthole, Thrissur scored 98.6% (493) to become the second topper, and Swathy Prakash of Amrita Vidyalayam Palakkad scored 98.2%.

In spite of the new pattern of examinations that was introduced this year for Std. X, many of our students did exceedingly well by securing full marks in several subjects. Amrita Vidyalayam, Ayyanthole excelled in the number of students scoring centum, 6 in English and 11 in Social Science. Amrita Vidyalayam Chennai and Amrita Vidyalayam Pandalam are proud to have several centum scorers as well. Akshaya M. of Amrita Vidyalayam Mananthavady proved that she is a true Malayalee by securing centum in Malayalam!

The CBSE Thiruvananthapuram Regional Office published a list of top schools in each district of Kerala based on Class XII and Class X board exam results. Amrita Vidyalayams in Thiruvalla and Pandalam from Pathanamthitta district, Amrita Vidyalayam Haripad from Alappuzha district, Amrita Vidyalayams in Edappally and Perumbavur from Ernakulam district, Amrita Vidyalayams in Kodungallur and Chavakkad from Thrissur district, and Amrita Vidyalayams in Kakkad and Kuthuparamba from Kannur district have been included in the list of top schools.
