Ria Ann George of Amrita Vidyalayam Alappuzha secured 97.6% (488) in Commerce stream in Class XII CBSE Board Examination 2018 to become the topper among all Amrita Vidyalayam schools in Kerala. She is also the district topper for Commerce. Malavika Prasad of Amrita Vidyalayam Ottappalam scored 97.4% (487) to become the topper in Science stream. 

Harshavardhini of Amrita Vidyalayam Chennai secured 483 marks (97%) to become the second topper among National Amrita Vidyalayam schools. Meenakshi of Amrita Vidyalayam Edappally scored 96.2%, becoming the second topper among the Amrita Vidyalayam schools in Kerala.

Amrita Vidyalayam Saket, New Delhi produced 82.4% distinction in Humanities stream and 74.4% in Science stream. 72% of the students from Amrita Vidyalayam Palakkad also got distinction.

Binda V.S. of Amrita Vidyalayam Kodungallur secured centum in Economics; Swetha of Amrita Vidyalayam Edappally, Deepthy of Amrita Vidyalayam Ottappalam and Meghana of Amrita Vidyalayam Ayyanthole secured centum in Biology and Malavika Prasad of Amrita Vidyalayam Ottappalam, Abhiremya R. of Amrita Vidyalayam Thiruvalla and Amal K.P. of Amrita Vidyalayam Thalassery secured centum in Mathematics.

As in previous years, all students who appeared for the Board Exams passed with high scores in the above schools as well as in the Amrita Vidyalayam schools at Perumbavur, Kannur, Kuthuparamba, Thiruvananthapuram, Pandalam, Pathanamthitta, Haripad, Chavakkad, Puthiyakavu, Nedumangad and Vatakara. Amrita Vidyalayam schools outside Kerala have also performed creditably, securing full pass and high pass percentages.
